Pastor Kaye Ross Faison is a vessel that God is using to reach people where they are. She is a resident of Blythewood, South Carolina, and a native of Greer, South Carolina where she was raised with strong biblical principles and born into a legacy of preachers, songwriters, gospel singers, and strong women who were naturally born leaders; yet walked in humility and knew how to serve God's people. Pastor Kaye flows under a powerful evangelistic and prophetic anointing, causing her to enrich lives and impart life into the Body of Christ. She enthusiastically ministers the Word of God with vigor and vitality. The Holy Spirit has truly bestowed the ability upon Pastor Kaye to usher believers from all lifestyles into the presence of God through divine healing and deliverance.

In 1990 after her ‘new birth’ experience, she acknowledged her call to the Word Ministry. She began preaching the Word of God with power and conviction, as the Lord opened doors for her to minister to His people. Over the past 31 years, God has blessed her to minister to multitudes far and near. She has ministered to men, women, youth, singles, and married couples' in various conferences, revivals, street meetings, boot camps, In-Home Bible Studies, and now virtually every week with the (WWP) "When Women Pray..." Prayer Zoom, and monthly with married and soon-to-be married couples by way of the KFM Virtual Marital Session. In January 2013, a predestined promise from God came to pass; she became the Founder and CEO of the Kaye Faison Ministries, Inc. known by many as (KFM), which serves as a beacon for women who have been mishandled, abused, hurt, and need to be encouraged and reminded who they are in God. She carries the mantle of a surrogate mother in the spirit who God is using in the Kingdom to train, teach, and nurture others into mature women and saints of God.

Pastor Kaye Ross Faison is a licensed and ordained Minister of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc (P.A.W. Inc), a graduate of the Bethesda Temple Bible Institute in St. Louis, Missouri, a graduate of the H.E. Wood Bible Institute and Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia where she obtained her Bachelor of Theology, and currently a student at the School of the Great Commission Bible College and Seminary in Columbia, SC. Pastor Kaye is very grateful for the men and women that God used to prepare her for ministry; whether it was through hands-on experiences, or the examples they exemplified before her. However, she accredits her development as an administrator, and her ministerial training from being a member of the O'Fallon Apostolic Assembly in O'Fallon, Illinois for nearly 28 years, where she served faithfully under the leadership of her spiritual father: Bishop Gregory Wells, Sr., as an Associate Pastor overseeing the Outreach Ministry, a Pulpit Administrator, a Auxiliary Director of the Church's Music Department, and she currently serves as Pastor of KFM in Columbia, SC. Pastor Kaye is an anointed psalmist, songwriter, musician, leader, mentor, administrator and a published author of the book entitled "Whatever It Takes", and a Co-Author of a upcoming devotional entitled "Joy 365", which is a collaborative work of many authors that will be available in the Fall of 2023.

She is the happy wife of soon to be 30 years to Deacon Allen Faison, Sr. and the mother of two: Allen, Jr. and Kayla Breonna. Known as a Kingdom Builder and a Gospel Preacher, she has a special love for the people of God, and strives to demonstrate that love on a daily basis, by greeting individuals with her southern hospitality. Her upbringing taught her to treat others as she would like to be treated; and she believes the key to success is to communicate, to participate, and to sow in love.
